JKSSB Initiates Document Verification for Junior Engineer (Civil) Post – Candidates Urged to Attend
Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification regarding the document verification of candidates shortlisted for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), UT Cadre, Jal Shakti Department.
This comes in line with Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM (UT)/54/2022-03 (7057013), dated 04-11-2023, which released the result/score-sheet of the CBT Written Examination held on 05-12-2022 and 06-12-2022.
Candidates falling under the consideration zone, as detailed in Annexure-A of the notification, are required to physically appear before the designated Document Verification Committees.
The verification process is scheduled from 01-01-2024 (Monday) starting at 10:30 AM to 05:00 PM. The venue for Jammu-based candidates is JKSSB, Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, while Srinagar-based candidates should appear at JKSSB, Central Office, ZamZam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar.
To ensure a smooth verification process, candidates must bring original documents along with two self-attested copies.
These include the Online Application Form(s), two passport size recent color photographs, original photo ID proof (Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport), D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card), valid Category Certificate (if applicable), Domicile Certificate, 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma, and the required engineering qualifications.
Candidates failing to appear on the designated date will forfeit their right to selection. Stay tuned for further updates as the JKSSB proceeds with the verification process for the Junior Engineer (Civil) position.
